Custom Relay Control Board
The ACLi Access Control Lock Interface is designed to provide a single termination point between access control system wiring and access controlled door devices on either single or double doors and a single credential (card) reader. The Lock Interface unifies access control field device wiring and reduces installation and service times.
In addition to standard six-conductor terminals for a single credential reader, the Lock Interface also provides terminal connectors for
up to two Door Position Sensors (DPS), two Bond Sensors, a Request To Exit (REX) Device, two auxiliary power circuits, and separate lock connections for each door with individual release circuits. The auxiliary and lock circuits are protected by self-resetting
fuses.
Optional features include supervisory resistors for DPS and REX circuits, and surge suppressing diodes or MOV's for DC or AC lock operation. Custom branding, including company name, logo and text is available.
The Lock Interface is a passive device – it does not provide or convert any electrical current, it conducts power from an external system to external devices.
Features:
• On-Board 12V DC Voltage Regulator
• 8-Pin DIP Socket for an Atmel ATTiny45 (or
compatible) programmable microcontroller
• LED Indicators for Power and individual relay
actuation
• 10K Adjustable Potentiometer
• ISCP Pins for in-socket firmware update of the
microcontroller
This board is unique in that it is a world first, it has a first of it's kind glow-in-the-dark coating on it's silkscreen for reading PCB labels in the dark.
Custom Products are made to order. Lead time is approximately 2 weeks from date of confirmation.
